Terms of Service

matqa. is a creator marketplace that connects brands and businesses with content creators, influencers, and models in Kosovo for paid collaborations. We operate at matqa.com.

You must be at least 16 years old to use matqa. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. If you are registering on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately at hello@matqa.com if you suspect unauthorised access
• You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others
• We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms

As a creator on matqa., you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your social media accounts, follower counts, and content niches
• Only apply for campaigns you genuinely intend to fulfil
• Deliver agreed content on time and to the standard described in the campaign brief
• Disclose paid partnerships in your content as required by applicable advertising regulations
• Not inflate follower counts or engagement through artificial means

New creator profiles are reviewed before becoming visible to brands. We reserve the right to decline or remove any creator profile at our discretion.

As a business on matqa., you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your brand and campaigns
• Only post campaigns for legitimate, lawful products or services
• Pay creators the agreed amount promptly once collaboration conditions are met
• Not use creator content beyond the scope agreed in the campaign
• Not contact creators outside the platform to circumvent matqa. fees or agreements

Certain features of matqa. may require payment (for example, campaign posting fees). Fees will be clearly displayed before any transaction. All fees are charged in Euros and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Payment terms for specific features will be provided at the point of purchase.

You may not post, submit, or share content that:

• Is false, misleading, or fraudulent
• Infringes any third-party intellectual property rights
• Is abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful
• Promotes illegal activity
• Contains malware, spam, or any harmful code

By posting content on matqa., you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use that content to operate and promote the platform. You retain ownership of your content.

We aim to keep matqa. available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the platform temporarily for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control. We are not liable for any loss caused by downtime.

matqa. is a marketplace platform - we facilitate connections between creators and brands but are not a party to any agreement between them. We are not responsible for the quality, legality, or delivery of any collaboration. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of matqa. is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@matqa.com. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these terms or if we decide to discontinue the platform. Sections 7, 9, and 11 survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kosovo.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice on the platform before they take effect. Continued use of matqa. after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
